You woke up with a yawn. “Mornin’ asymmetrical Sunshine.” Kid said. You screamed. “How the hell did you get in here?” You demand. “You left the window open. Plus I rearranged your room to make it symmetrical.” You look around. Kid wasn’t lying, he had rearranged your room perfectly vertically symmetrical. “You even organized?” You ask. “Disorganization prevents symmetry.” Kid said. “Yeah, yeah.” You say, getting up. “So tell me, Death the Kid, what do you want from me quarter past midnight?” “I’m helping you sneak out.” Kid said. “Who said I wanted to sneak out?” You counter playfully. “So what you’re saying is you don’t wanna sneak out?” He asks, arching an eyebrow. “Are you kidding me? Of course I want to! Don’t be ridiculous Kid.” You said.
You were both on his Beelzebub, flying in the night sky. “Having fun _________?” Kid asks. “Actually, yes. Sorry I’m making your board asymmetrical Kid.” You say. He looked at you and turned back around. “Don’t worry about it.” He says. You pause. “WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN “DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT?”????” You screamed. He laughs. “ It means you’re the only asymmetrical thing I don’t mind.” Kid said. “For some reason my OCD doesn’t care about you.” You sigh. “You should be thankful __________. Most people would kill to have the position you’re in right now.” He said. “My OCD doesn’t care about you, but I do.” Kid said. “Wait…what?” You asks. “You’ve got two symmetrical ears, I think you heard me.” Kid said. “I just want to make sure I heard you.” You said. “I like you. I care about you more than a friend. Satisfied?” Kid asks. “You mean all these years I’ve been quietly obsessing over you I could’ve just told you I liked you and it would’ve been cool between us?” You ask. He smiled. “Pretty much.” Kid said. He landed on a rooftop. “This neighborhood is perfectly symmetrical.” He said. “Minus us of course.” He said. Kid got off his board. “Cool devil board Kid.” You say. “I’d give you one of there wasn’t only one in existence.” He told you. “I’d give you this one if my dad wouldn’t kill me for it.” “Nah, it’s fine. I suck at skateboarding. Flying skateboards anyway.” You said. “No worries.” Kid said. He sat down next to you. “Years huh?” He asks playfully. “Don’t make me say it.” You said. “Say what?” Kid asks.
“7.” You said.
Silence.
“___________! C’MON, TAKE IT BACK!! PLEASE! YOU KNOW I HATE THAT ACURSED NUMBER! IT’S IN NO WAY POSSIBLE SYMMETRICAL!” Kid yells, groveling at your legs. “Relax Kid, you’ve learned your lesson. I take it back.” You said. “Please….never say that number again…promise me.” Kid begged. You smirk evilly. “You take me out on a date tomorrow night, and I’ll never say it again.” You say. “Fine, anything!” He said.

Death The Kid x Reader CHAPTER 20
Chapter XX
In a loud fit of rage, Duff charged at full speed towards Kid, reaching him in a blink of an eye. She swiped the blade at his chest, but Kid gracefully jumped high in the air, flipping backwards to evade the attack. Distracted for a second, your eyes followed his form, which almost blended in with the black sky. You snapped out of it and whipped your head back towards where Duff stood... although now you couldn't find her. She just... disappeared!
"Kid, wher-" Before you could finish your sentence, something grabbed your fox ear and pulled, flinging you into a brick wall with full force, then falling to the ground on your stomach

I stretched out my arms, yawning loudly. Looking around, I noticed everything was perfect and then...
'PADDY! GET IN HERE NOW!'
The door swung open and Paddy's voice emerged. 'Yep Kid?' She giggled quietly.
'W-who moved....?’ I gulped 'Who moved my painting?!'
'Whaaa?' I saw that she was desperate to laugh and I just exploded. Tears ran down my face, mixed with blood.
'PADDY I CAN'T DO THIS IF IT'S NOT SYMMETRICAL!!!'
She burst out laughing.
'Paddy, what's up with Kid?'
'Oh it's nothing Liz. I guess the new maid must have nudged Kid's painting.'
'N-new... Maid?' My eye twitched and I ju

Chapter XVIII
The cold rain pelted your skin like a thousand needles. Time became agonizingly slow, and the blood drained from your face in fear.
'I-Is it really you...sister?' you asked in your head. Her face and body had become so distorted from the effects of evil and madness locked onto her body. Kid looked at you with an expression of plain shock etched on his face.
Duff let out a deep chuckle and spun the knife around in her hand, studying the blade with eyes full of bloodlust. "You know, I thought you would have died after you ran away... It's a shame you didn't."
Kid signaled for Liz and Patty to transform, and he got into his fig
